As Western Wisconsin communities experience increasing interest in data center development to support growing digital infrastructure, local officials are often faced with questions about potential benefits, challenges, and long-term impacts.
We invite you to join us for Exploring Data Centers: Impacts & Planning Considerations. This educational event, brought to you by the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission,  will provide a factual overview of data centers and explore critical considerations for communities evaluating development proposals, including economic impacts and infrastructure requirements. Attendees will gain a balanced understanding of both the opportunities and challenges, leaving with actionable strategies and tools to support thoughtful planning and informed local decision-making.
