Bruce Glaub has over 25 years of experience in international sales and customer support for both the financial and manufacturing sectors. Living in the Netherlands as a youth allowed Bruce to see the trend towards globalization and embrace it for its positives while understanding the challenges. Bruce is active in the international community as Board Member for MMAC’s WTA, current Board Member of WCTC’s International Advisory Council, International Credit Executive (ICE) Board Member, active participant in ExporTech and CGBP training along with trade association event participation and sometime presenter with WI-DATCP, LINKe, MITA, NEW-REP, NWITA, SLWTA. Bruce has taken specific training for government programs provided by both Ex-Im Bank and SBA which focus on the promotion of trade using trade finance products. Earlier in his career he worked with the USDOC’s Gold-Key program and JETRO’s Overseas Study Program in Japan. Active with UW-Milwaukee as well as other UW extensions and many of the Wisconsin Technical Colleges that focus on the basics of trade finance for both exporting and importing. Bruce helped build an international department from scratch with a SE Wisconsin manufacturer and has a Masters of Science in International Business from UW-Milwaukee, which includes study abroad at University of Justis Leibig in Giessen, Germany. Bruce’s background and interests allow him to learn the intricacies of your business, focusing on global issues affecting your industry, while analyzing the inherent risks.

Export Development Manager
Paul Bauer joined the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery family in September 2008 and is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager. He is a native of Wausau, Wisconsin and a graduate of UW-River Falls with a degree in Ag Business. Paul worked as a dairy farm specialist for Kraft, Executive Vice President for Antigo Cheese Company, and Controller/ Administrative Manager for Burnett Dairy Co-op in Grantsburg before coming to Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery.
Paul feels that community is important and currently serves on several committees and as a community leader for several activities. He serves on the Agricultural Advisory Board for the Federal Reserve Board in Minneapolis. Included in these committees are the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce Board as vice president, is Co-Chair of the Cheese Curd Festival and is part of the Ellsworth Area Industrial Council. Paul sits on the Chippewa Valley Technical College Foundation board, chair of Ellsworth Library Building Committee and a member of the Ad Hoc facilities committee for the Ellsworth Community School District. He also is on the board of Member of Momentum West, a regional resource for Economic Development. Paul represents the Ellsworth Cooperative by being a board member of the American Dairy Products Institute. Paul and his wife, Michelle, are proud parents of four children and six grandchildren.

Terri Smith is a business attorney at the law firm of Ruder Ware, L.L. S. C. Prior to joining Ruder Ware, Terri was in house counsel for a Fortune 300 company where she gained experience in regulatory compliance, transactions, contract drafting, and securities law. Her in house experience gives her unique perspective to the particular needs of her business clientele. Within Ruder Ware, Terri assists companies with their business, transactional, contracting, real estate and regulatory legal needs. In addition, Terri has developed expertise with economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Asset Control, Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and regulations administered by Customs and Border Patrol. Also, she has assisted companies in establishing export compliance programs, obtaining export licenses, and negotiating with federal regulators on behalf of her clients
