Briefing session that will examine regional issues and gather input that may be used in advancing significant research that will help turbo-charge economic activities in several vital areas already producing real jobs and wealth in Wisconsin. This briefing session will be one of more than a dozen held across the state. BE BOLD III is the latest iteration of CWI’s continuing efforts to conduct significant research that examines important economic issues with the goal of developing programmatic and policy recommendations designed to help Wisconsin compete nationally. BE BOLD III: Accelerate Wisconsin focuses on growing jobs and wealth more rapidly by creating smarter, stronger links between high-performance behavior and high positive-impact collaborative strategies and governmental practices. Research partners at the University of Wisconsin System, the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), and Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD), along with Deloitte are examining three specific economic cluster areas and will create a multi-level comparative analysis.
